Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups

These are the ultimate in decadence when it comes to having ice cream. These cookies are firm enough to hold a scoop of ice cream but also still soft and chewy. Another one of my favourites!

Chocolate Swirl

I must say that these cupcakes were absolutely delicious! They are a perfectly chocolate cupcake with a chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting all swirled on top. Very simple but sooo good!

Classic Birthday Cupcakes

I made these ones for my son's 3rd birthday. They are nothing but total fun with the sprinkles and jungle themed sugar shapes! These come in any variety you would like to fit your theme.

Candy Cane Lane

These vanilla cupcakes are so good with either chocolate or vanilla buttercream or with a marshmallow frosting on top. They are then topped off with crushed pieces of candy cane. Again, super yummy with a big mug of hot chocolate on a cold winter day!

Snowballs

These yummy little snowballs are so good with a big mug of hot chocolate after having a real snowball fight outside. They can be any cake flavour and are covered with a marshmallow frosting and then dipped in coconut for that snowball look to them. Kind of makes you wish it was winter time!! (I said kind of!)

Retro Dots

These are so fun! They make me think of the retro candies you could buy. I'm pretty sure they were called Dots but I think they were also known as Candy Buttons. You know the ones...they were just little pieces of candy that would come on a strip of paper and you were lucky if you could get one off without getting a piece of paper stuck to it! These can come in any cake flavour you'd like.

Rainbow Dream

These cupcakes are one of my favourites because they are just so fun! These cupcakes are just vanilla but I can customize the flavour to whatever you would like. I have done them with a whipped cream frosting to give them that real dreamy, in the clouds look. I have also done them with a rainbow tinted buttercream frosting just to add to the fun-ness of it all! Both are pictured here. 

**I have also seen a rainbow layered cake that I would LOVE to try. I'll be sure to post pictures of that one once I get a chance to do it! (You should be the first!)
